K-Star Legacy for Muay Thai Birmingham: K-Star Legacy is a fully equipped Muay Thai gym situated on the Hagley Road West in Quinton, Birmingham.
It has two fully matted training areas so that you are able to train in a safe and controlled environment. We also have a full sized, raised boxing ring along with a number of light and heavy duty punching bags to help improve your power and fitness. Additionally, we have a large number of kicking/punching pads which can be used during classes or open training to help improve your accuracy and combination work.
K-Star Legacy’s chief instructor is two time World Champion and UK Muay Thai Legend, Damien Trainor. Damien has been involved in Muay Thai for 20 years and has competed at the highest level all around the world. His aim is to share his knowledge of the sport and to help his students realise their potential and achieve their goals.
Our range of classes cater for all ages and skill levels and are available 6 days a week from Monday-Saturday and if you become a member of this gym you can use the facilities across all of our 4 gyms including Birmingham City Centre, Sheldon and Perry Barr.
