New boxing class

From Friday 7th April K-Star Legacy will be introducing a brand new boxing only class at 7pm for those interested on improving their hands.
The focus of the class will be aimed at practical combinations, faints, set ups along with boxing defence i.e parrying, slipping & bobbing and weaving etc.
The class will be available for anyone who has passed their first grade and up.
