Patryk Does it again.

16 year old Patryk Jelonkiewicz fought again over the weekend in Ashby De La Zouch against Norvin Chowdhry from Loughborough.

During the first round it looked like Patryk was going to put away his opponent early on but Chowdhry refused to go down.

Patryk put on a great performance as he was taken the distance for the first time. He really showed how he is maturing as a fighter and I believe can go along way if he keeps the same work ethic.

Patryk’s next fight will be on the 23rd November at the Tower Ballroom in Birmingham as he fights on the undercard of K-Star/K-Star Legacy fighter and UK No1 Danny Edwards who will be challenging for the European Title.

Long time K-Star/K-Star Legacy student Mubasher Manzoor is attempting to break the world record for the most amount of Muay Thai rounds sparred in one session.

Mubasher, better known as Mubz will attempt to do 200 rounds of sparring using all Muay Thai weapons. Each round will consist of three minutes with a minute break in between making it a total of 13 and a half hours to complete the task.

Mubz has already completed a 150 rounds of sparring for charity just a few months ago but being the guy he is he wanted to challenge himself again.

The record attempt will take place on the 13th December at K-Star Legacy Muay Thai Gym, 790 Hagley Road West, Oldbury, B68 0PJ.

While Mubz is attempting to break the Guinness World Record he will also be looking at raising more money for charity. There will be more details to follow about this.

Good Luck Mubz!
